Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation are made 7 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 3 days to 5 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 3 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via Whatsapp Message or Email within 24 hours of successful booking
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email or Whatsapp Message
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Booking Policy

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. NEFT will be allocated in your Bank Account.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
